Dashworks Welcomes DT Infrastructure!

Jess Clinch, Capability and Compliance Manager for DT Infrastructure, leads the Learning and Development function for the infrastructure business, and has done so for 7 years. The DT Infrastructure office space comprises of many different roles, including Learning and Development Advisors, Planning Managers, Rail Signalling Project Engineers, Senior Proposals Coordinators, Environment and Sustainability Managers, and HSE Managers.

When asked “Why Dashworks”, Jess said “Dashworks really appealed to us as an option as we don’t have the number of employees based in Newcastle that would warrant setting up a corporate office. Having the ability to mix with and work alongside professionals across many different disciplines is a huge benefit to us all! The proximity to our home bases means that most of our commutes are much more manageable now that we’re based in Charlestown, and the lunch and coffee options ‘clinched’ the deal (excuse my terrible sense of humour)!”

Jess’ short-term goals relate to business transition activities – transitioning out of old systems and into new systems, creating new business processes and procedures and developing a strong learning culture under our new Gamuda-owned company.
