Join us for an insightful Speaker Series session with Natasha Harding from Harding Consultancy. Natasha will explain the importance of a mentally healthy workplace and provide helpful tips on how you can inject better wellbeing into your daily work routine.

Natasha has a wealth of knowledge across the complex and fascinating world of mental health, having worked in the field for over 10 years in Australia and the UK. Her experience is broad and extends from frontline service delivery, to management, to research and evaluation.
Natasha has led internal evaluations of various workplace mental health programs, which have implemented recovery focus and best practice based on her recommendations. Currently working as a consultant for NSW Ministry of Health, she develops resources for state-wide supported living programs. As well as consulting, Natasha is currently studying for her Masters in Public Health, specialising in health promotion.
The topic of workplace wellbeing draws on her experience in mental health and her passion for health promotion.
